I ordered this item and return and exchange was available at that time, after ordering they changed the policy that return is not acceptable anymore. The quality of this product is very very bad, all I am requesting is to take back the product which is absolutely in good condition as i received it 1 hr back and get me the refund. I talked to 2 customer care representative, Fatima and Binita, they marked the issue as closed when I absolutely did not agree to closing the problem. Not friendly at all. What will someone do when they receive a bad quality product worth 4100 obviously they will want to return it as it is and get the money back which is what I requested them.Screenshot_20260203_164544_Myntra.jpg
