Today, I ordered 6 T-Shirts through Myntra (Myntra Now) online application. These items have been marked as delivered to me by the delivery agent whereas neither I received the items nor there has been any email or text confirmation. I already raised this issue with Myntra customer care but they are making excuses like the items have been delivered to the society security guard whereas I stay in a standalone building and do not have any guard. I request you to please take action and resolve this issue.
