Hello Team,
I would like to raise a serious concern regarding my recent Myntra order for sports shoes.
The expected delivery date was 1 November 2026. Delivery was shown as attempted on 1 November, but the order was marked as delivery failed with an indication that delivery would be reattempted.
Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have faced this issue. Previously, I ordered a pair of sandals and the order remained undelivered for more than 15 days, after which I eventually had to cancel it.
My concern is that customers make payments in advance, but when orders are repeatedly delayed or not delivered, the customer's money remains with the company until the order is eventually cancelled and the refund is processed.
If this is happening repeatedly to multiple customers, I believe it deserves serious attention from the appropriate consumer protection authorities. There should be transparency regarding:
I also request the appropriate consumer protection authorities to examine such repeated delivery practices if similar complaints are being reported by other customers.
The bigger concern is with prepaid orders. Customers pay their money upfront, and when an order remains undelivered for an extended period, that money continues to remain with the company until cancellation and refund.
I am not alleging misuse of funds without evidence, but I believe customers deserve transparency regarding how prepaid amounts are handled when delivery repeatedly fails or orders remain pending for long periods.
I request Myntra and the appropriate consumer protection authorities to investigate such repeated cases and ensure that customers are not left without either their product or timely access to their money.
Regards,

- Why deliveries are repeatedly marked as failed despite customers being available.
- Why orders remain pending for extended periods after failed delivery attempts.
- How prepaid customer funds are handled during such extended delays.
- What accountability exists when customers ultimately have to cancel their orders due to non-delivery.
I also request the appropriate consumer protection authorities to examine such repeated delivery practices if similar complaints are being reported by other customers.
