This is with regards to a big fraud that Myntra has done with me.
I had placed an order with Myntra for Soch kurta, Sharara & dupatta on 6th Nov worth Rs. 8698/-.
This communication is regarding the product ''Soch Women Ethnic Motifs Embroidered Kurta with Sharara & Dupatta'' pertaining to order number 131430419343924699503.
When I received the package it consisted of a used black t-shirt without any logo tag and not the product I had ordered.
I initiated my 1st wrong product exchange request for the same on 12th Nov 2025. Inspite of all approvals given multiple times from the call centre this wrong Product has still not been picked up. I exchange a mail almost everyday with the Myntra escalation department but the only solution I get is in the form of a future date of return pickup that never ever happens.
This is redeculous......how do I get my money back. Plz suggest. I am fed up of Myntra now.
This has been a very mentally torturing process and a complete waste of time.
Attaching invoice, wrong product images and mails exchanged.
Please suggest further action
