Dear sir,
I have ordered for two sarees through MYNTRA online sales one @ Rs.509/- and another @ Rs.724/- on 22/11/24 and the same have been delivered on 27/28/11/2024 Subsequently I have not placed any order for sarees from MYNTRA. But to my surprise one more parcel has delivered in my house on 27-11-24 without any order which contained two sarees of Rs.509/- each and my husband has received it after seeing my name on the parcel after paying Rs.1018. I immediately lodged a complaint to customer portal and grievance officer through email "customer grievance @myntra.com" three times to collect the unsolicited parcel and to refund my money Rs.1018/- But I have not received any response so far. Since Myntra has entered into a unfair trade practice in which the company has sold two sarees without any order fraudulently. Hence it is requested that needful action may kindly be taken to refund my amount after collecting the unsolicited parcel along with compensation for keeping me under stress without any response

We suggest you to send an E-Mail to the Myntra and ask them for the details of the above order. Wait for 7 days for the reply.
