I ordered an H&M Brown Corduroy Shirt on Myntra and received a different product from the same brand. Despite multiple calls, they refused to accept my return. The product I received has all the necessary tags and is unused and unwashed. Nevertheless, they harassed me for a simple return. They claim they shipped the correct product, but when I requested proof, they denied it. Worst customer care service. If you ever received a wrong item, don’t even try to bring up the issue with them as they will not listen to you and cause a toll on your mental health. I am unable to attach photos as it says the file size is too large.
