Sir My shipment tracking no. 290003416 /
16233810082692 ( Delhivery Courier) which was booked and picked on 14. 08.2025 , 10 boxes ( invoice no. OXY060725) and was despatched from Kolkata to Aizawl through Delhivery courier.

I only received some parts of the machine and about 6 different important parts are missing and without them, the machines is useless. This equipment is very expensive and it cost more than rs 75000 for new one.
And i demand that Delhivery courier should pay me st rs 75000 for indemnity promptly.

I also want to add that Delhivery courier doesn't provide proper helpline for customer care or support.

I begged you to help resolve this big problem of mine instantly. Yours faithfully. JONATHAN
