I am purchased a samsung A15 5g mobile phone in 09/04/2024 at MyG kanhangad then two weak ago my phone updated then one weak ago my phone blue colour ink spreadedd automatically i went to the myg showroom to compaint .then they are replyed to me that is sweated or dispaly pressing . There is no dispalay pressed my mom she is clean and neat mobilephone everytime she is used phone like a gold or baby. There is no our mistake before one weak ago i am software updated then ink spredded i have no choices . I already taked one year warranty in my g showroom after purchase one year and four month is phone is used automatically ink spreddded
