my name is smt shanti devi i am 65 years old nsbi mall road stopped my online sbiyono app n internet banking both with out my permission
almosty from a month even on 31 dec 2024 i went to sbi mall road n submitted a form at counter number 04, a young lady was sitting their wearing glass
assured me that my account will be enabled with in 48 hiurs but it is more then that nothing happened, plz enable my account login n inform me.
iam a penssion holder not able to make any financial decision. SBI MALL ROAD SERVICES ARE VERY BAD, STAFF IS NOT ALL CO-OPERATIVE.

evenn they don't have any contact number the number printed onn pass book is not working

We suggest you to send an E-Mail to the SBI customer care about the problem you are facing, wait for their reply, This is a very normal issue may be within day or 2 they will resolve your problem after receiving an E-Mail.
