Made a purchase for a Gift Card worth INR 1500 for Tira Beauty on 26th June, upon completing the payment I did not receive the gift card or any confirmation from Tira. I waited for a day and then enquired on the helpline number based off of which I was redirected to their failed mailing system which has just been sharing the same format of the mail saying they are readily looking into it and it has been over 15 days of them telling me the same without providing me any resolution and any time I talk to their executives they redirect me to the mail which is neither providing me with my money back or any information regarding the status of my purchase.
I havent received any confirmation of my purchase either and theyre not actioning it in any way.

We recommend that you first send an email to the customer care of the Tira Beauty at help@tirabeauty.com clearly outlining your concerns and requesting refund the amount of ₹ 1500/-.

Attach all the payment screenshots.

This step not only gives the Tira Beauty a chance to address your issue but also helps strengthen your case if you decide to file a complaint with the Consumer Forum later.

Please wait for a reasonable time for their response. If they do not respond or fail to resolve the matter satisfactorily, feel free to reach out to us again. When you do, kindly include a copy of your email to them and any response (if received), so we can guide you on the next steps.

Hello Team,
I have already mailed this a 15 days back or so, yet they haven't come up with a resolution thus forcing me to take such actions.

I did attach all the relevant payment screenshots.

I did give Tira Beauty a chance to address my issue but they haven't been responsive except for trapping me within their loops of automated emails.

Having waited for a reasonable time for their response and wasted enough time and energy already I reached out to this forum.

I have attached some of the mails I've received from them without any solution and they plan on not resolving it, having run out of patience I do not wish to interact with them further given theyve already wasted enough time of mine over a meagre 1500 INR
