We have a reservation ticket against the below scheduled bus, The driver/conductor has departed the bus prior 1:15 hours against his original scheduled departure time.
Reservation - Dated - 28.03.2025
Boarding Point - Udhana to Shirpur
Departure / Boarding time - 07:15 AM
E-Ticket Number - 8418884 & 8419157
We reached 6:45 AM at the departure point & we had to search for the bus till 7:30 AM. We could not find out the bus & after verification in Udhana depo we came to know that the bus had depart on 6:00 AM morning only (Prior 1:15 Hrs)
We have call on MSRTC Toll free number 1800221250 & raised the concern, the person has ask to submit the complaint & we have submitted the same - MSRTC Complaint Reference Number - 25846
We have connected with the MSRTC Shirpur Depo manager on phone which we have got from toll free number - Mr. Sachine Patil, he has no idea why the bus has departed on early basis.
While demanding driver / conductor contact number he denied to provide the same & asked to come to MSRTC Shirpur Depo.
We have also connected Bus Conductor Mr. Pravin Choudhari & explained the situation. He has no idea why the bus departed early. He has also not shown interest in how passengers will reach the destination who has confirmed the reservation Ticket & asking to take refund.
We have the below complaint, request you to please check & awaited for your feedback on the complaint.
1. How the Driver / Conductor has depart Bus prior 1:15 Hours , who has given authorization ?
2. How the Driver / Conductor has left the Passenger who has confirmed Ticket of Bus, who has given authorization ?
3. What was the responsibility of the Depo Manager / Bus Driver / Conductor against Passenger to reach safely at destination ?
4. Has the Depo Manager really handled the situation as per his duty/law after getting all the information ?
5. MSRTC what action is going to taken in above case against Depo Manager / Conductor / Driver
From Last 2-3 month my self continues chasing & we are not getting any feedback from MSRTC Shirpur Depo, same we have also escalated to MSRTC Vice Chairman and Administrative Director, but not received any appropriate answer.
