I wish to lodge a formal complaint regarding an undelivered item purchased from Moon Goddess.
Order Details:
The invoice specified a dispatch timeframe of 70 to 90 days. However, more than a year has now passed since the order was placed. During this time, I have contacted Moon Goddess on several occasions by email requesting an update and an expected delivery date. Despite my repeated attempts, the company has failed to provide a clear explanation, delivery date, or satisfactory resolution.
I have retained copies of the invoice and email correspondence and can provide these upon request.
