I had purchased a laptop from Apple on 20th Aug for 1,54,800.00
Money got deducted from my SBI account but apple states transaction not successful.
It's been more than 20 days and SBI is not helping. They are not picking up my calls.My branch is SBI BKC. Currently I am staying in Assam. So it's not possible for me to go to Mumbai. Attaching reply from Apple.
