Dear Sir,

I was needed WiFi connection. That why we called Airtel Customer care, and he suggest his person and after that he call me and after discussion he suggest about WifI Plan and after that he suggest paying Rs. 2500/- . after that we made the payment on dated 13-05-2025. since then, till now the customer care and his technical person are misleading me, and connection not yet installed.

We have emailed Airtel many times regarding this issue but have not received any responses till now.

Therefore, we request him on email to send the payment, but he is not even returning the payment.

Before proceeding further, we recommend that you first send an email to the Airtel customer care department, clearly outlining your concerns and requesting to install the WiFi connection. This step not only gives the company a chance to address the issue and install your connection on urgent basis, but also helps strengthen your case if they are not refunding your money and not installing the internet connection, if you decide to file a complaint with the Consumer Forum later.
