I made an enquiry for a turban on 19th November at Justdial. Justdial suggested me this shop (Aradhya pagdi and Safa Turban tying house 8951911265) on 19th November. I wanted it in two colours and they said they would get it for which I paid them ₹6000 online in two installments, ₹2000 transaction UPI ID 432426741027 and ₹4000 UPI transaction ID 432426769386, but they gave me only 161 meters of only one colour (lal bandhni safa) for ₹12, gave me only ₹1932 + 200 and did not refund the remaining money of ₹3868 to me. When I call them, they do not answer the call and use abusive language.
