The company named Livspace has taken 35000/- as money to start my interior work. They visited twice at my place- once a lady and secondly two people for measurements. Now as I found difference in the material and did not fit into what I was told, I asked them to refund the money.
Now they are not returning the money. They did not give me any such paper or even no verbal communication was down regarding the money they took. I thought it was for work but now they are saying that it was just for consultation. I request you to kindly help me as I feel being cheated by them. They have not put even a single mail on the wall of my home and taking away my 35000/-
