I placed an order for a dress through the Aachho mobile application. The product delivered to me is of extremely poor quality and is completely different from the product shown on the app. The design, fabric, and overall quality do not match the images and description provided at the time of purchase.
I had raised a cancellation/return request on 24th December, however, despite this, the company deliberately shipped the product. After receiving the product, I made multiple attempts to contact customer support via phone calls, but none of my calls were answered. I also sent emails to the company regarding the issue, but no response has been received to date.
Additionally, one more product from my order has not yet been shipped. I had clearly requested the company not to ship the pending product and to initiate a refund, but no action has been taken on that request either.
Due to the company’s negligence, lack of customer support, and unfair trade practices, I have suffered mental harassment, financial loss, and inconvenience.

- Immediate full refund of the amount paid for the defective product

- Any other relief deemed fit by the Hon’ble Consumer Forum
