I Shiv Babu Yadav purchased Singer Mixer Grinder on 3rd July 25 through Air Force Canteen Jamnagar Gujarat. The items is under 2 years product warranty and 7 years on Motor. The chatney Jar of item was defective on 06 Sep 25 and the complaint made by me on 06 Sep 25 bearing complaint number GJ1822309. The product was collected by technician on 27 Sep 25. After two weeks, the technician told that the item is not repairable and you have to buy new jar costing 500 rupees, the same was informed to Singer India Limited customer care service. After one week of repeated complaint, the technician of the Singer India Limited called me and told that the item is repairable costing 200 rupees whereas the product is under warranty. The loss of time and money, the behaviour of service provider and technician harrassed me mentally. Therefore it is requested to provide me justice for this misdemeanor conduct of the Singer India Limited.
