I am filing this complaint against Mitsubishi Electrical and Service Air Cool. I own a Mitsubishi split AC which is facing a problem that it suddenly stops and starts blinking. I have complained via their Toll-Free Number and they asked the technicians at Service Air Cool to contact us, they came and checked it, at the first visit they said that a button remained pressed which is why it was blinking. The next day we faced the problem again. We contacted the toll free number again and the technicians came again and said that the PCB was faulty, they said that they had fixed the PCB and charged us 6500rs for the same. After a few days the problem came again, and we contacted them again ..since then they are saying that they will take the AC with them to fix the PCB but since then they have visited many times just to see if it blinks and not taking it with them, they stopped responding to our calls, we contacted them after 1 week since we were on vacation and now they are saying that their technicians have gone for Eid and wont be coming soon. We contacted Mitsubishi again and they gave us their senior’s number. We contacted them and they said that they will send someone that day but its been 4 days and no action has been taken since then.
