Respected sir, I ordered 3 products “fashion apparel” from MYNTRA seerat brand which
1.Ethnic Motifs Woven Design Jacquard straight kurta with chinon sharara and dupatta
2.Floral Printed Thread Work Vichitra silk Kurta with Palazzo and dupatta
3.Floral Embroidered Round Neck sequinned straight Kurta With trousers and Dupatta
As i ordered these products 1and 2products got missed and myntra team is updated it as delivered
On 21st of November at 1:30PM i got a call from delivery agent 9140-35017777 he called me to deliver the package at that time no one is there at home he asked me to kept that package at outside of my home there is one rack he asked me to handle that package but i refused and asked him to go to watchman and call me he kept me online and went to watchman i asked him to handover call to watchman i asked watchman wife how many packages are there she is the wife of watchman she said only one package so i thought in that package the 3products are packed and told otp to that guy at that time i was not there at home
When i returned back and checked the package there is only one product when i am checking for the status of other two the products are not there
Immediately i raised the concern with myntra and raised the ticket on 23rd of November 2025 i was checking for the ticket updated it is not showing i again called to customer care and anjali from myntra customer service executive she is saying that the products got packed and delivered and issue got closed
I asked anjali to connect me with the manager she connected to Neha and i explained every detail with neha On 21st November for poranki area krishna district vijayawada ekart logistics alloted that person to deliver the products you can connect with that person and investigate if they are saying that warehouse the products the 3 products got packed can you please ask the proof of that video and same package got sent to logistics ask the logistics where it got missed if it got missed in my premises my apartment is under cctv premises we have the footages we can submit that footage
Its 10348 rupees products got stealed and updated as delivered please do the needfull i will provide all the proofs i have on this my Order ID #131509196437882854903
