My SENS QLED was requested for the panel repair , all the technicians who visited havent diagnosed it ,properly and simply pass on till the warranty completes.

the sens sales manager who is responsible for product replacement , misguided and discussed about the alternative ways
in replacing the damaged product with new replacement by adding additional money .

as i said no for it, the service team have replaced all the parts except panel . like
power unit, mother board , t con cable now after replacing all of those after a month of warranty the TV panel is not working ( as the one assist service engineer informed of backlit light is dead ) now it will cost 10k and inevitably the next part that is going to damage is panel as he advice me no to invest .
