From Amazon i odered i 7 7th generation processor two order on different adress and after my order they change the specification of order and i have evidence how they are speading misleading information over internet.
when i got my courier from amazon i found waste product which is broken necklase. And same order i placed on my office adress while i open that courier i found broken mouse which is also waste.
After get ensurity from amazon service team i buy related parts of processor aprx 12000 before received these parcel. So all my money is waste and amazon not ready to provide replacement of this waste product and harssing me badly and no response received from their side.

If the Amazon care is not responding or not in mood of solving your problem, you have only one option left, file a case in consumer forum..
