Misgudance by Jio personnel leading to loss of amount

I required a new jio sim card and initiated process through online facility available and paid amount as required for starter pack. However request was continuously denied even after trying 2-3 times due to some error with residential address. So I visited jio store where they suggested me to get new sim by paying amount again and the amount paid previously will be refunded in 5-7 working days. So I did the same as they guided.

Now customer care service called and clarified that the amount paid earlier is not refundable and can only be used against getting a new sim card. I discussed them regarding guidance provided at jio store. But they were ignoring and stuck to the point to get a new sim again.

I want the amount paid earlier as refund and travel expenses spent to visit jio HO just to get a wrong guidance.
