Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Order #209194927270370816 – Replacement Not Delivered & No Refund
Hi Team,
I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue regarding my order #209194927270370816, placed on 13th October 2025 for BESTAQUA 400ML Glass Containers.
One of the containers was delivered in a broken condition, so I raised an exchange request. The replacement shipment was dispatched but was never delivered to me and remained stuck at the nearest hub (Eluru_Kalaparru) for several days. After multiple follow-ups with customer care, I was informed that the replacement had been “returned to the supplier,” even though it was never delivered to me.
Subsequently, a Delhivery eCommerce delivery partner collected the original broken item without providing any replacement. I informed him that the pickup status had not been updated in the Meesho app. He assured me that it would be updated and that the refund would be processed accordingly.
However, the app still shows the order as stuck at the hub, and there has been no update regarding either the exchange or the refund. It has now been over 30 days, and despite repeated calls to customer care, I have only been asked to wait.
I also contacted Threescore support on X (Twitter), where they stated that the delivery partner had not picked up the item and are now attempting to close the issue, which is incorrect and unacceptable.
This situation has caused significant inconvenience and reflects clear service failure and negligence. I request immediate resolution of this matter, either through a confirmed refund or proper exchange, along with written confirmation.
