I have bought one 7XL drawer worth rs 935 rs from Meesho. Order ID 150837025544441088 .
Due to Quality issue I have raised the return but the Shadowfax team called me to give 250 rs as a pickup chares ( no where mentioned anywhere) or asked me to drop the heavy good to their warehouse.
When I raise dthe complain to Meesho, they just read the script of I understand and did not really help me.
They have raised complaints but of no use.
My 935 rs is blocked to Meesho and Neither Meesho nor Shadowfax helping me. Just harassing their customer and kept the money hold.
