Details of the case: Patient Name: Aboobacker N M Hospital: Medical Trust Hospital, Ernakulam Admission Date: 05/07/2025 Discharge Date: 31/07/2025 Total Bill Amount paid as advance: Rs. 4,75,000/- Diagnosis & Treatment: Elevated blood sugar level (diabetes-related complications), plastic surgery treatment, and pre-existing heart condition. The claim was unfortunately rejected on the grounds of a delayed reply to a query. I deeply regret the delay due to an urgent admission of my father in hospital in that specific day (query raised day). I would like to mention that it was unintentional and possibly due to unforeseen personal and logistical issues during the recovery period. Given the seriousness of the condition and the substantial medical expenses incurred, I kindly request you to review the case once more with compassion and understanding.
