Bike Mascot Honda India PVT.LTD didn't provide me bike after giving me availability certificate. Instead of that we've done payment of the bike through CSD

I visited Mascot Honda India PVT.LTD on 16 Dec 24 for purchase of livo bike through CSD & i got availability certificate at that time after that i paid the total amount of Rs. 70,578/- through CSD portal on 18 Dec 24.
After that i collect supply order from Canteen and visited Mascot Honda India PVT.LTD for purchase of the Honda livo bike on 23 Dec 24. At that time dealer told us if we won't take insurance by them they will not provide bike to us.
After that i register the complaint against the dealer to honda customer care on 23 Dec 24 with complaint ID no.1-134281568384. Customer care resolved my complaint and the dealer also called us to visit the showroom. But at the time i visiting the dealer they told us that bike is not available now and also didn't give me Non Availability Certificate .
Since i visited the dealer 3rd time they still not agree to give me bike on condition of the insurance of new bike will be done by me . Customer care always give me a false assurence that my complaint was resolved but at the same time the dealer was refused us to give bike on condition that i ,myself do insurance of my bike.

Hello @rizmankhan Ji,

You can file case in the Consumer Forum after the purchase and receive the faulty product or they are not giving you the promised service.

You need to contact the CSD or Honda company to escalate the complaint.
