I had taken gold loan last year n i have been paying monthly interest on time every month.
According to their policy i had to repledge the loan but i was not updated on phone or message and they charged me 2.5 times interest for two months. Later i was told that I will have to close the loan and repledge again
Simultaneously they did put my name in default list and my cibil score dropped due to which i was denied car loan
I had paid 20000 in last two months as jnterest n penalties n my gild worth 7 lakhs was with them, then to i was listed defaulter
I had closed the loan 15 days back on 8.10.25 but still they have not updated n cibil and stillshows i have payables of 240000
