I book a flight with zero cancellation policy pack which can be used upto 3 flights until 21st August 2025. Successfully the zero cancellation pack was applied on one booking from New Delhi to Kolkata. When booked another flight for Hyderabad to New Delhi the zero cancellation pack didn’t work and irrespective of multiple follow up with the customer care on phone and emails they didn’t response to my issues and now I am bearing the cancellation charges.
