This is regarding booking ending with 2180, PNR is L8EGRW
I paid ₹ 24,750 (₹ 24,260 from CC and ₹ 490 from MMT wallet).
Flight was cancelled by the airline (6th Dec), I am SUPPOSED to get fiull refund.
I only got $21,080 to my credit card and 490 to my wallet.
The remaining 3180 is not refunded yet.
I am tired of calling the worst customer care, even worse, Myra chatbot, which does not understand the issue at all.
After 25 attempts, I finally got through customer care, he raised the ticket, and within an hour, it was closed, without any information or resolution details. Can't find this valuable ticket anywhere in the portal or app.
