We booked accommodation vide Booking Id: NH74074377900958 PNR: 0138961923 for 2 nights 23rd & 25th Jan '25 on 09-01-2025 for 11 persons, all are Senior Citizens).
Got booking voucher from Make My Trip of Hotel O Kamadhenu Residency giving the details as for 11 guests 5 classic rooms. (INR 16,155)
When we contacted over phone the property management has shared the GPS location by whatsApp and we reached accordingly. It was night and to our surprise the accommodation was given in a 2 BHK Flat. There was no lift accommodation was on 1st floor. 3 double beds were there in the hall without Ac and One common Indian style Latrine/Bathroom was there to be used by 8 guests i.e. 6 guests of Hall and 2 guests of adjacent Bed room. When we contacted the Property management by name Mr. Arun about the hall accommodation and without AC and proper wash rooms, he asked me to contact OYO customer care. Immediately we called Make My Trip and informed about the poor accommodation and sent the images of the accommodation by mail. At the same time we told them to cancel our second day's stay in the same place and refund the total paid amount for the second day. On following up Make My Trip expressed their inability to refund total paid amount, instead they are stating that got the approval for 20% of amount Rs. 3231/- and a wallet amount of Rs. 3,000/-
I demand to get back my full amount and and compensation for the suffering to my fellow guests who are all senior citizens for making them:
1) To climb stairs to first floor without lift
2) No proper wash room facility
3) N0 AC
4) N0 privacy for 6 guests being accommodated in the hall
