Hello. I ordered a Nike Sneaker on December 6 2025 and it's said that it will be shipped within 6 days and it's almost 10 days and I haven't gotten any update on my order. I tried tracking through their website, tried calling their customer support and dropped a mail. But there's no response from their end.

File an Online complaint with National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal: https://cybercrime.gov.in

File a complaint with Payment Gateway Service Provide

If they receive too many complaint, they will instantly banned the website and the payment gateway.
