I am writing to formally express my ongoing dissatisfaction with the service experience I’ve been receiving from Mahindra, specifically from Koncept Service Centre, located at D-10, Surajpur - Kasna Road, Greater Noida.
I am a resident of Greater Noida and have been regularly maintaining my vehicle (Car No: UP16CR2045) with your authorized service center. However, I am facing recurring issues, and despite multiple visits, the problems remain unresolved.
Issue Summary: Car Starting Problem(Case -1 Recent )
My car has been experiencing starting issues — sometimes it takes 10–12 attempts to start, and occasionally fails to start altogether.
I had already informed the service center about this issue prior to my last service, which was carried out on 2nd August 2025 at 1.1 lakh km, with a billing of INR 9,874.
Despite raising this concern earlier, the issue was not resolved during the service.
I had to re-escalate the issue, and the vehicle was picked up again on 5th August 2025.
The service center team stated that there is "no problem" with the car.
However, the issue still persists, and I have attached videos recorded during the morning and previous night clearly showing that the car is not starting.

Concerns:
If a thorough analysis was already performed, why does the problem still persist?
I am now doubtful of the technical assessment and the quality of work done by the service team.
It is extremely inconvenient and frustrating to deal with the same problem repeatedly after paying for regular maintenance.
2. Car Suspension Problem(Case -2 3month old )
Timeline Summary:
8-Apr-2025:
You reported a suspension noise issue.
They replaced major components:
Arm assembly (Part #0401BBC01190N & 0401BBC01180N)
Link stabiliser
Carrier Assy Front End (Part #0102AS200021N)
You were charged: ₹30,000
After this repair, the noise issue was still present, confirmed by their engineer.
9-Apr-2025:
Car was recalled, and they replaced:
SHOCKABS ASSY FR RH DSL (Part #0401EBC0005KT)
You were charged: ₹5,600
This time, the issue was resolved.
My Core Question:
Why was ₹30,000 charged for the first set of repairs when those parts did not solve the issue? It was only fixed with the ₹5,600 repair.
Points You Can Raise (and Possibly Use in a Complaint):
Misdiagnosis or Incorrect Repair:
If the original parts replaced did not fix the problem, this could be a diagnostic error on their part. You're not expected to pay for ineffective repairs.
Lack of Resolution from Initial Job:
Their engineer acknowledged the issue persisted. This makes it clear the ₹30,000 expense did not address the root cause.
Effective Solution Was Cheaper:
The real fix only cost ₹5,600, which shows the earlier expensive replacements were likely unnecessary.
Consumer Rights & Fair Charges:
As a customer, you are entitled to:
A clear explanation of why parts were replaced.
A justified bill that reflects actual resolution.
Compensation or refund for ineffective services
