By the end of December 2023 I requested to mr. Rahmath, Manager of Ifix (withwhom I had previous repairing technical exchanges) the possibility of buying a usedMacbook Air to replace mine in dying condition.
He said he could provide, the device was identified [DOC 1 & DOC 2] and the pricewas fixed in 45000 rps.
I requested Mr. Rahmath to install all needed software, he said yes and after fewdays said that it was installed
On the 2 of Jan 2024 the payment was done [DOC 3] to the indicated account by mr.Rahmath [DOC 4]
On the 11 of Jan mr. Rahmath said he had sent the computer by DTDC [DOC5]
After long wait and multiple exchanges (due to alleged health issues of mr Rahmath),he announced on the 29 February that due to his issues he was not going to officebut was trying to send the computer [DOC6].
On the 16 March he messaged saying he was sending the computer [DOC7].
After all communication stopped.
INTERACTION WITH ALLEGED NEW MANAGER OF IFIX
On the 23rd of February I called the official number of Ifix to understand what washappening.
The person with whom I spoke announced that Mr. Rahmath was not at thecompany anymore but that he was trying his best to solve the problem.
On the 28th of February, I re-asked again and the same was announced [DOC8]Without any development of the case, on the 19th of March I requested the addressof Mr. Rahmath [DOC9]
On the 20th of March I asked if the payment was made to Ifix or not. It was statedthat it was not paid to the company but to Mr. Rahmath [DOC10]
On the 21st of March I requested to the company [DOC11]

On the 26th of March the personal address [Falak APPARTMENT · Apartment building, 2nd floor] and the Aadharcard of Mr. Rahmath were shared [DOC12] but not the other information requested.After which all communication stopped from their side.
