I am writing to raise a concern regarding my Ajio order (Order ID: FN1295703285) placed on February 23, 2026, with a total value of ₹7,686.84. The order consisted of 6 Kids’ 3-Piece Suit Sets, and the parcel was received on March 3, 2026. Unfortunately, the product delivered was incorrect.
I initiated a return request (Return ID: RT207353914), but the pickup process has been repeatedly obstructed. On both March 5 and 6, the pickup partner visited but refused to collect the parcel, stating that it was an “old sack” and that he had received instructions from Ajio not to pick it up. He also mentioned needing further approval from your team before proceeding.This situation is causing undue delay and inconvenience. I have already contacted your grievance team regarding the wrong product, but there is no response and the pickup partner is also very rude to me
