This is Pratik Patil from vadodara, Gujarat.
I have an booking on date 03/12/2025 from redbus portal for New Welcome travels from Vadodara to Jalgaon with PNR 18867 alongwith ticket no is TUCT19736086.
Issues of concern is that already travels became a late by 1:30hrs from schedule time(schedule time 09:00pm) at boarding point which was came at 10:30pm but apart from this, @Vadodara they took 40mins of stop at rest hotel meanwhile official time is 20mins. So this is the kind request to our consumer forum please find the gaps between such scenario and rectify them by taking strict action against such portal authorities who allows such travels agencies to provide a too much delayed services without reimbursing to their traveller's.
