Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the repeated and unsolicited marketing calls I am receiving from Bajaj Finance representatives. Despite not soliciting any loan or financial assistance, I have been contacted multiple times advising me to sanction loans and avail other financial products.
These persistent calls are causing inconvenience and amount to an invasion of privacy. I would like to highlight the following points for your immediate attention:
- Multiple calls have been made to my registered number without my consent.
- The calls specifically advise sanctioning loans and availing financial assistance, which I have neither requested nor authorized.
- I am already registered under the TRAI “Do Not Disturb” (DND) service, and such calls are in violation of the guidelines.
I request Bajaj Finance to:
- Immediately cease all unsolicited marketing calls to my number.
- Confirm that my contact details will not be used for further promotional activities.
- Provide a written assurance that my grievance has been addressed.
If this issue is not resolved within 30 days, I will be compelled to escalate the matter to the Principal Nodal Officer and, if necessary, to the Consumer Affairs Department and Ombudsman for financial services.
I trust Bajaj Finance will treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves and take corrective action promptly.
