Subject: Complaint Against “Jackpot Fund” Loan App for Fraudulent Practices and Harassment

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am writing to file a complaint against a mobile loan application named “Jackpot Fund”, which claims to be associated with Vaishali Securities Limited (NBFC).

A few days ago, I downloaded this app and availed a loan. I received approximately ₹4,100 in my bank account. However, the app is demanding a repayment of around ₹5,800 within a very short period (around 15 days), which seems excessive and unfair.

Before even taking the loan, I had received multiple unsolicited messages and calls through Telegram and unknown phone numbers, asking me to download this app and take a loan. This raised serious concerns about my data privacy and how my contact information was obtained.

- This app may not be fully legitimate or properly regulated
- It may be involved in unethical lending practices
- My personal data may have been misused
- There is a risk of harassment or threats for repayment

I request you to kindly:

1. Investigate the legitimacy of this application and its connection with Vaishali Securities Limited
2. Take necessary action if any illegal or fraudulent activity is found
3. Guide me on whether I am legally required to repay this amount
4. Ensure my personal data is protected and not misused

I am ready to provide screenshots, call logs, and any other evidence if required.

Thank you for your support and assistance.

Yours faithfully,
[Sarath S]
