I have got a call from hdfc person from this no +91 93637 62589 on January 4th to convert my credit card loan to personal loan .he didn't explain about the personal loan rate of interest and other details instead he guided me to raise the credit card loan closure first.after that he helped me to raise a request for personal loan where I learned the loan roi and other details so I didn't complete the personal loan request.i asked to cancel the loan closure request for which he said it will be auto cancelled since I didn't pay any amount.but later I came to know that the loan closure request was processed and I informed to hdfc bank on January 6th about the issue.but they aren't not responding about their employee mistake and not cancelling the loan closure.
I need help with this . kindly register this complaint and take necessary action please.
