I had complained about AC repair on 17th May, technician came and checked it and said that outdoor PCB will have to be replaced, it will be changed under warranty, for this I am following up with him daily But it's about to be a month and the part has not arrived yet, this is what the service center says and the customer care people say that the service center people will explain, even after being under warranty, no one is working properly for a month The service center guy also took 500 rupees as visiting fee

Please note: Case filing process is almost same, you just need to change the company name from toshiba to lloyd.
