Hello, I'd registered my home interior with livspace with the order number 3882771 and paid an amount of ₹1,00,000.00 as advance. But after sometime and after few design revisals the outcome was not satisfactory so I asked them to refund my money and cancel the project. They straight away denied that the refund is not possible and I'll have to compulsorily buy some other things which they offer.
After a lot of arguments with the seniors as well I had to finally agree with them and now when I'm ordering the kitchen appliances from them, then they're over charging me, whereas the same appliances are available in the market with a very cheaper price and they're asking me the delivery time of 35 days also in top of that they're charging me approx ₹11,000.00 as platform and handling charges.
This is literally like going around.
