Livspace is refusing to refund our ₹25,000. Despite repeated emails and calls, they are insisting that we must proceed with them. Due to a financial crisis, we urgently need our hard-earned money back. However, Ms. Aakriti Ghosh, the Design Head of Livspace Kolkata, has stated that we are required to proceed with a minimum interior design project worth ₹2.2 lakhs.
If we are already facing financial difficulties, how is it fair or humane to force us into such a large expense? They claim it is company policy not to refund the booking amount, but ₹25,000 is a significant sum for a middle-class family. Therefore, I have filed a complaint with the Consumer Court Forum, hoping the matter will be escalated and we will receive our rightful refund.
