I was already in contact with Livspace personal and finally planned to visit Livspace, Gandhinagar along with my family on 27 Sept 2025. There I met Ms. Sneha Adhikari (Interior Designer) and explored the showroom and work offered by Livspace and how Livspace works. Further some Senior Interior Designer was also joined us and we were quoted about Rs.19L for interior design. On asking, I shared the property details and was agreed to pay the booking amount Rs.100,000/- out of which Rs.50,000 was paid immediately. Before paying the amount, I have clearly informed that the property possession will take about 12-18 months on which the designer Ms. Sneha and Senior Interior Designer informed that we approached at the right time, and they don't have any issue starting the service at the present construction stage. But after few days when I started asking for interior design layout at that time Mr. Sahil informed that as the project is long due for possession the project is being delayed for 12 months. I am follow up since last 1.5 months for refund but noone is replying or picking up the call or share the update.

27 Sept 2025 Before booking I made clear that the possession will take about 12-18 months and also asked about the refund if in future any plans changes, on which Ms. Sneha and senior interior designer replied positively
27 Sept 2025 Paid Rs.50,000/- as booking amount (out of Rs.100,00/-)
29 Sept 2025 Paid Rs.50,000/- as booking amount (remaining)
15 Nov 2025 Mr. Sahil Lohiya informed through WhatsApp group that my project was kept on hold till next year November or until soft possession handed over
18 Nov 2025 I requested Mr. Sahil in WhatsApp group to refund the amount
(After this, they stopped replying to my messages in WhatsApp group)
26 Nov 2025 I called personally to Branch Manager Mr. Anoop to share the update on my refund. He informed refund will be credited maximum in next 25 days.
17 Dec 2025 On asking about status in personal message, I was being informed by Mr. Anoop that all approval are in line and refund will be credited very soon.
20 Dec 2025 On asking about status in WhatsApp group, Mr. Anoop informed that the refund will be credited within a week.

20 Dec 2025 Seeing new timelines and delayed commitment, I asked via personal message to Mr. Anoop to share his senior number. On which he shared General Manager Ms. Diksha's number
20 Dec 2025 I called Ms. Diksha immediately, on which she asked me to connect on 23/12/2025 as she needed time to understand the case
23 Dec 2025 I called Ms. Diksha and she informed that I will receive mail asking for bank details after which the amount will be credited
26 Dec 2025 On asking about status in personal message, Ms. Diksha informed that BUH approval is pending after which I will receive mail.
27 Dec 2025 On asking about the BUH approval status in personal message, Ms. Diksha informed that she will received BUH approval by EOD and I will receive the mail by tomorrow.
28 Dec 2025 On asking about the BUH approval status in personal message, Ms. Diksha informed that BUH approval is done and I will receive mail by today EOD.
29 Dec 2025 I didn't received mail, so I asked called and texted Ms. Diksha personally to which she didn't replied.
30 Dec 2025 On asking about the status of refund, Ms. Diksha informed that there is movement in your project because of which it is taking time more than usual and asking for further 4 days to clear this and so that she can share the google form for bank details.
30 Dec 2025 I called Livspace CEO Mr. Ramakant Sharma and shared my concern, he asked me to mail again, I mailed immediately.
30 Dec 2025 After mailing to CEO Mr. Ramakant Sharma, Ms. Diksha shared a format on Whatsapp asking for bank details, which I shared immediately along with proof of payment
30 Dec 2025 Ms. Diksha further informed me, that the account details are already shared with Finance Team
(I waited for 3 days as bank transaction may take 2-3 days)
(Presently they are avoiding my calls and messages)
