Dear Sir/Mam

My name is Altamash Khan, Residence of Greater Noida, UP, I have raised a complaint on dated 26th Sep'25 for water not coming in Livpure RO in customer care and till yet no one has visited to check the same. I have availed AMC plan and it is of no ise and they have not even sent someone to get check and it happens despite of my multiple followups. They are so pathetic

Dear LivPure Customer Support Team,
I am writing to express my serious dissatisfaction with the extremely poor service response from LivPure.
I had registered a service complaint for my LivPure water purifier a long time ago. Despite multiple follow-ups and even escalating the issue, no technician has visited yet and no proper response has been provided. This shows complete negligence and lack of accountability from your service team.
Access to safe drinking water is essential, and such irresponsible behavior from a reputed brand like LivPure is unacceptable. This ongoing delay has caused significant inconvenience to my family.
I hereby request immediate action on my complaint. If the issue is not resolved within 48 hours, I will be forced to take strict action,
Miss behaviour with customers by the service man..rude behaviour from last 3 months raised complaint but still the date no one come for service.... very very rude behaviour.. disappointed
