Dear Sir,
My name is Deepak Deshmukh. I subscribed to the Livpure Smart RO rental plan for domestic use on 27/10/2025. The RO system was delivered and installed on 06/11/2025. However, from 18/11/2025, the unit has been non-functional, for which I raised complaints with Livpure Customer Care 8–10 times. Till date, 04/12/2025, no resolution or service has been provided.
I had subscribed to a 3-month rental plan, under which Livpure had clearly committed that the subscription could be cancelled at any time. Despite this, Customer Care is now refusing to cancel my rental plan and refund the amount of ₹2,826, which I paid towards the subscription.
Due to the non-functional RO unit and the lack of service support, I have been unable to avail the services promised under the rental plan. Therefore, I hereby request a full refund of ₹2,826, along with appropriate compensation for financial loss and mental agony caused due to Livpure’s failure to provide the agreed services.
