I tried calling customer care morethan 30 times, and even tried reaching area coordinator more than 20times. Sent multiple emails to customer care. Still they are not providing any resolution, even thoe the product is under warranty.

I bought Livpure Zinger on 18/09/2023 and have been subscribed water yearly.
Last payment i did on 18/10/2024 for 8388(Eight Thousand Three Hundred and eighty eight) Rs
Since May 1st My RO stopped working and raised several cases but they just raised a ticket and convince that someone will visit but no one visited so far.
even i tried to cancel my subscription, Customer care said they cant refund money as refund is not allowed.
I would like to request authority to check this matter and please help me to get my refund back as company is not providing any service.
