I have cancelled by Live pure RO subscription on 9th July 2025 and its more than 6 weeks, the company has not come to pick up the device and refunded by security deposit. I have called the customer care multiple times and escalated it, but they promise to attend in 48 hours but never send some one to pick up the RO.

Please take action on Livepure for such unethical behavior and help to get my security deposit refunded.
 
  • Send a Strong Written Complaint (Email + Registered Post)
    Write to support@livpure.com and customercare@livpure.com with:
    • Order/Subscription ID
    • Cancellation request date (9th July 2025)
    • Security deposit details (₹1500)
    • Complaint that despite 6+ weeks, pickup/refund not done.
    • Demand refund + interest for delay within 7 working days.
  • Escalate to Higher Authorities
    • Tag @LivpureIndia on Twitter/X and post on their official Facebook page.
    • Call again and ask for a Service Request Escalation ID (mandatory under consumer law).
  • File a Complaint on National Consumer Helpline (NCH)
    • Call 1800-11-4000 or file online at consumerhelpline.gov.in.
    • Mention “Failure to refund security deposit after cancellation, despite repeated follow-up.”
  • Legal Route if Still Unresolved
    • File a complaint on Consumer Court/ Lok Adalat via E-Daakhil.
    • Claim not just the refund but also compensation for harassment & delay.
 
Before proceeding further, we recommend that you first send an email to the customer care department of the Live pure RO at customercare@livpure.com, clearly outlining your concerns and requesting to refund the security amount.
