Dear Sir/ Madam
Iam Madhu from chennai ,Kundrathur. I have been using your water purifier since 2 years , service not good . We have taken this for rent ,now due to poor service and unresponsive customer care people, I have planned to shift to some other purifier . Requested your customer care people to cancel our subscription and to take the machine and to refund our amount . Nearly 4 months got over , calling customer care again and again , but nobody coming for pickup. Last time when I spoke with them, they told same day it will be done . But nobody not even called .
I don't have any other option ,my friend suggested to give the complaint . So registering . Please help in this and to refund my amount with penalty
