So I ordered a dress on 22nd of November, 2025 and it was a prepaid order. The estimated delivery time was 29th of Nov. Today is 4th of December I haven't received my order and there is no customer service like no contact numbers, no e-mail ID, and when I try to chat in WhatsApp it was like robot or ai generated chats which was continuously giving same answers all the time. Also I read the reviews and it was very bad. Also there are showing raise a ticket if you face any problem but when I reached my account to raise a ticket there is no option like raise a ticket. I don't know what to do?? I literally want my product or redund
