Dear Consumer Forum Members,
I am writing to file a complaint against LG Electronics India regarding my newly purchased LG Split Air Conditioner.
Since the beginning, the AC has been creating serious problems:
I raised complaints with LG multiple times. A technician visited once and stated that the gas was empty, which is unusual for a brand-new AC. He only refilled the gas and left without solving the root cause.
Even after repeated follow-ups, LG has failed to provide a permanent solution. It has been more than 1 month, but the problem continues.
This is clear deficiency in service and product defect.
I request LG to provide within 7 days:
If LG does not take action, I will proceed legally under the Consumer Protection Act for harassment, financial loss, and deficiency in service.
I have attached invoice copies and email communication proof for reference.
Kindly guide me on further action.

Issue Faced
Since the beginning, the AC has been creating serious problems:
- Outdoor unit makes loud abnormal noise, disturbing my family and neighbours.
- The AC is now not cooling properly, even after running for long hours.

My Demand

- Immediate replacement of the outdoor unit / complete AC
OR - Full refund of the product amount
If LG does not take action, I will proceed legally under the Consumer Protection Act for harassment, financial loss, and deficiency in service.
